Weekly Gym Training  and Classes

Monday - 6am - 1pm open sessions, private training 1pm - 3pm, 4pm - 8pm open sessions

Tuesday - 6am - 9am open sessions , 9:15 HIIT class, 11-3pm private training. 4pm - 8pm open sessions

Wednesday - 6am - 1pm open sessions, private training 1pm - 3pm, 4pm - 8pm open sessions 

Thursday - 6am - 9am open sessions, 9am Yoga/stretch Class, 11am private training, 4pm - 8pm open sessions 

Friday - 6am - 1pm open sessions , 4pm - 8pm open sessions 

Saturday - 8am - 12:30pm open sessions, 

Sunday closed
